Match Test Scores
You can use the Match Test Scores page to:
-
Review the test scores matched when the tests were imported ( Select the Processes tile > locate Admissions > select Import Test Scores)
-
Identify and manually resolve the unmatched test scores
Matched test scores are added to the Tests list for a student and are displayed when you select All Program Versions for their program version in the header of the Student Profile. (Select the Students tile > select the name in the Students list > expand Admissions > select the Test Scores tile.)
During Import, if Anthology Student finds more than one Student Profile with same Social Security Number (SSN), then the test is added in the Tests list for those Student Profiles.
You resolve unmatched test scores by:
-
Matching the test score with a student in Anthology Student
-
Creating a new Student Profile for a student who did not exist in Anthology Student
For example, you can use Match Test Scores page when the:
-
Student is not existing in the Anthology Student database with a SSN that matched the SSN for the test
- When your institution configured Admissions, did not choose to automatically create a Student Profile for a test without a corresponding student in Anthology Student
If needed, you can also remove the matching test score.
You can select a date range to display the list of all the test scores imported for that range and filter a list if you want to work with a specific batch.
